The role will work closely internally with marketing, sales, corporate accounts and finance, as well as with a wide range of customers to positively promote the CooperVision brand and the contact lens category among ECPs and their staff to achieve revenue targets. This role will also help elevate the professional profile of CooperVision throughout the optical industry and advance CVI’s position on key issues for Mexico.
National responsibility for the Professional Affairs function across Mexico.
End-to-end ownership of professional engagement, education, and scientific communication initiatives.
Direct influence on prescribing behavior and clinical adoption with measurable commercial impact.
Cross-functional leadership across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Engagement teams.
External leadership as the primary professional representative of the company.
Strategic stewardship of Key Opinion Leader engagement and professional partnerships.
Oversight of education platforms and training curricula.
Contribution to brand positioning and product lifecycle strategies.
Accountability for KPIs and business impact reporting.
Long-term responsibility for shaping the professional ecosystem and standards of care.
Strong interpersonal, communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence, build credibility, and develop high-value professional relationships.
Excellent planning, prioritization, and time-management abilities in dynamic, results-driven environments.
Proven capability to work independently with high ownership, as well as collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
High level of persuasion and stakeholder management, inspiring trust through confident, clear, and professional dialogue.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint and Excel) and multimedia platforms to deliver impactful, data-driven business presentations.

Advanced English level.
