To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Intern located in Aguascalientes

Reporting to the Program Manager provides operational and analytical support to the Program Management team, contributing to the execution, tracking, and reporting of customer and internal projects. This role is designed for students seeking hands-on experience in a manufacturing and customer-facing environment, supporting cross‑functional coordination, program reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

What a typical day looks like:

• Support Program Managers in execution of ongoing customer programs
• Assist in tracking program milestones, deliverables, and action items
• Prepare program reports, dashboards, and basic KPIs (schedule, risks, actions)
• Support coordination with cross‑functional teams (Manufacturing, Materials, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain)
• Participate in internal and customer meetings; prepare minutes and follow‑up actions
• Review emails, action lists, and priorities from the previous day
• Review of the Open order report from Customer, Align with Program Manager of shipment commitments
• Track the improvements in Accounts Receivable from the customer

The experience we’re looking to add to our team:

• Advance English
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, or a related field.
• Excel Management.
• Requires strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to help several managers, multi-task efficiently and work as a team member.
• Ability to be flexible to changes in work priorities.
• Required to be a self-starter with strong organization and planning skills.
• Use of the following tools will be required: Office Skills: typing, telephones, office software to include, advanced word processing, spreadsheet and presentation package skills.
