Descripción del puesto: Buscamos un especialista con fuerte vocación social para gestionar el relacionamiento comunitario, prevención de conflictos sociales y asegurar la viabilidad social de los proyectos en zonas urbanas.
Requisitos:
Formación: Licenciado en Ciencias Sociales, Sociología, Antropología o carreras afines.
Experiencia:
Mínimo 5 años en relaciones comunitarias dentro de construcción, minería u Oil & Gas.
Mínimo 3 años como Profesional, Supervisor o Coordinador de RRCC.
Mínimo 2 años de experiencia directa en manejo de conflictos sociales.
Mínimo 2 años realizando trabajo de campo en entornos urbanos.
Conocimientos: Manejo de herramientas de diagnóstico social, especialización en manejo de conflictos, lectura de planos y sistemas GIS (nivel usuario). Deseable nociones de SSO.
Licencia de Conducir: A1 (Obligatorio).
