The ISS CTC Professional (BNL Collections Team) will be responsible for contacting outstanding CCEP creditors in order to establish payment for outstanding debt within Collections area of Customer to Cash. The position will be tasked with driving and delivering CTC service excellence to the business with an emphasis on customer service and continuous process improvement to further enhance the CTC service level and effectiveness expected throughout.

Financial Services Delivery

• Develops and recommends action plans to ensure targets are achieved or exceeded
• Ensures customer accounts are monitored for overdue invoices
• Manages attributed portfolio of clients and ensures daily monitoring, account detailed financial analysis
• Responsible for building training materials and delivering trainings related to the Collections process.
• Oversees the collection of debt on a daily basis
• Minimizes bad debt risk, increasing the collections for all receivables and assists with order management
• Works with the CTC Team Lead, Collections Manager and Head of CTC to successfully implement standard processes, evaluating end-to-end performance and advising on amendments that may be necessary
• Ensures all relevant process flows and desk top procedures are reviewed, updated and approved on a regular basis
• Monitors to assure achievement of customer service requirements as defined by both formal Service Partnership Agreements as well as Customer Satisfaction surveys.
• Assures that the appropriate internal control environment and SOX compliance are maintained along with compliance to all legal and regulatory requirements
• Performs any other ad hoc/additional duties where required by the line manager;

Relationships

• Builds strong relationships with key stakeholders to drive understanding and support for CTC and Shared Services generally
• Works and liaises closely with local Finance Business Partner for Collections and the specific BU Finance team where required;

Continuous Improvement

• Encourages an environment within the BU Collections team focused on continuous improvement of CTC process efficiencies and customer service
• Supports the Collections Team Lead , Managers and the Head of CTC in driving end-to-end standard CTC processes across the Coca-Cola Europacific Partners business;

Leadership and People

• Provides coaching sessions to the Shared Services BU Collections team to enable each member to maximize their Collections process knowledge and finance analytical skills;

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent
• 3 years Order to Cash/Collections experience (with a minimum of 2 years in Collections) in a multinational organization and/or Shared Services environment
• Ability to address or escalate complex issues within the Collections area
• Fluent in English and French or Dutch languages
• Process improvement and consultancy experience preferred
• Strong ERP experience essential, preferably SAP
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
• Strong team player
