• Develop a clear and compelling product vision and strategy for aerial work platforms in line with the company's objectives
• Carrying out competitive analyses and benchmarking tests to continuously improve product competitiveness
• Developing product concepts and creating product specifications for the European market
• Working closely with customers and stakeholders to gather detailed product requirements
• Long-term development of stable and trusting customer relationships

• Several years of experience with  aerial work platforms or similar machines
• Experience in CE standards as an interface between development and production
• Several years of professional experience in project, team and product management in an intercultural context
• Enjoy travelling on business to Chinese and European customers and suppliers
• Results- and customer-orientated way of working and fluency in German and English
