Über uns
Seit 1935 gestalten wir bei Klöber in Owingen am Bodensee hochwertige Sitzmöbel, die Design, Komfort und Handwerkskunst vereinen. Vom Entwurf über den Prototypenbau bis zu Zuschnitt, Näherei, Polsterei und Montage – alles entsteht bei uns im eigenen Haus. Unsere Gründerin Margarete Klöber erkannte früh die Bedeutung gesunden Sitzens und setzte mit dem Bürostuhl „Polstergleich“ einen Meilenstein. Fast 90 Jahre später leben wir diese Vision weiter: Wir entwickeln Sitzmöbel, die Menschen bewegen, Räume zum Wohlfühlen schaffen und zeitloses Design mit echter Wohnlichkeit verbinden.

Deine Mission
Du liebst schöne Produkte, arbeitest gerne im Team und verwandelst Herausforderungen in Chancen. Als Produktmanager/in gestaltest du weit mehr als nur Produkte – du prägst das Markenerlebnis von Klöber aktiv mit. Du verantwortest die Weiterentwicklung und Pflege deines Produktportfolios und begleitest deine Produkte über ihren gesamten Lebenszyklus hinweg.
Dabei bist du die Brücke zwischen Markt, Vertrieb, Entwicklung und Produktion. Du übersetzt Kundenbedürfnisse und Markttrends in konkrete Anforderungen und steuerst deren Umsetzung im Unternehmen. Strategisch hinterfragst du das bestehende Portfolio, erkennst Potenziale und leitest Maßnahmen für neue oder weiterentwickelte Produkte ab. Kurz gesagt: Du bist Impulsgeber-in und gestaltest mit uns das Sitzen der Zukunft.
