Für unser Dow Consumer Solutions Werk in Wiesbaden, Deutschland suchen wir einen Associate Operator (m/w/d) zur Unterstützung unseres Produktionsteams im Schichtbetrieb.

In dieser Rolle sind Sie Teil eines engagierten Teams und tragen zu einem sicheren, effizienten und zuverlässigen Produktionsablauf bei. Sie unterstützen die Herstellung hochwertiger Silikon-Elastomere und arbeiten in einem internationalen Umfeld, das von Sicherheit, Innovation, Nachhaltigkeit und kontinuierlicher Verbesserung geprägt ist.

Verantwortlichkeiten

• Herstellung von Silikon-Elastomeren einschließlich Produktionsvorbereitung, Rohstoffanlieferung, Maschineneinrichtung, Produktion und Abpackung unter Einhaltung aller Arbeitsanweisungen und Maschinenbedienvorschriften
• Durchführung der täglichen Reinigung der Arbeitsbereiche sowie ordnungsgemäße Mülltrennung
• Sicherstellung der korrekten Erfassung und Meldung von Abfallmengen
• Verantwortung für die ordnungsgemäße Bearbeitung und Pflege von Produktionsdokumentationen
• Kontrolle der Rohstoffe auf Richtigkeit und einwandfreien Zustand vor deren Verwendung
• Durchführung von Wartungs-, Kontroll- und einfachen Instandhaltungsarbeiten
• Erlernen und Bedienen aller relevanten Prozesse und Anlagen im Verantwortungsbereich
• Teilnahme an technischen, prozessbezogenen und sicherheitsrelevanten Schulungen
• Aktive Mitarbeit bei Team- und Mitarbeitermeetings
• Einhaltung aller Sicherheits-, Qualitäts- und Umweltstandards

Qualifikationen

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Chemie, Mechanik, Lagerwirtschaft oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung ist wünschenswert
• Erfahrung im Umgang mit Siemens PCS 7 Prozessleitsystemen ist von Vorteil
• Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
• Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb
• Grundlegendes technisches Verständnis sowie Interesse an Produktionsprozessen
