Deine Verantwortlichkeiten:

• Eintönen von Basismaterialien und Halbfabrikaten nach vorgegebenen Rezepturen - Anmischen von Lacken und Beizen (lösemittel- und wasserbasiert)
• Kontrolle und Dokumentation der eingesetzten Rohstoffe und Vormaterialien
• Bedienung, Überwachung und Pflege von Tinting-Anlagen sowie Mischaggregaten
• Ab- und Umfüllen der hergestellten Produkte in Verkaufsgebinde
• Erkennen und Melden von Qualitätsabweichungen oder Produktionsfehlern
• Sicherstellung von Ordnung, Sauberkeit und Arbeitssicherheit im Produktionsbereich
• Einhaltung aller Sicherheits-, Umwelt- und Qualitätsvorgaben
• Transport von Rohstoffen und Vormaterialien innerhalb von Produktion und Lager
• Mitarbeit bei weiteren produktionsnahen Tätigkeiten
  

Dein Profil:

• Abgeschlossene Schulausbildung (mindestens Sekundarstufe)
• Idealerweise erste Berufserfahrung oder Ausbildung in den Bereichen Produktion, Chemie, Lacke oder Farben
• Sorgfältige, verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
• Hohes Maß an Genauigkeit und Qualitätsbewusstsein
• Lernbereitschaft und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
• Teamfähigkeit und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten
• Staplerschein von Vorteil
• Grundkenntnisse in Englisch von Vorteil
• Optional: Kenntnisse in Colorimetrie (Farbmetrik) und/oder Qualitätskontrolle
