ROCKWOOL ved Hobro har travlt. Derfor søger vi flere ansvarlige og kvalitetsbevidste produktionsmedarbejdere til vores produktion på 3-holdsskift. Du bliver en central del af et professionelt team, hvor sikkerhed, drift og kvalitet er i fokus, og hvor du vil arbejde med avanceret produktionsudstyr i et dynamisk miljø.
Arbejdsopgaver inkluderer:
Overvågning og betjening af produktionslinjen. Udførsel af procesjusteringer og omstillinger. Fejlfinding og håndtering af mindre driftsproblemer. Kvalitetskontrol og ansvar for, at produkterne lever op til virksomhedens standarder. Registrering af drifts- og produktionsdata. Deltagelse i løbende forbedringer og optimeringsprojekter. Overholdelse af sikkerhedsprocedurer og høje kvalitetskrav
Vi forventer, at du:
Har uddannelse som procesoperatør, industrioperatør eller anden teknisk baggrund, har erfaring fra produktion eller procesindustri – gerne fra skifteholdsarbejde. Er teknisk stærk og vant til at bruge produktions- og IT-udstyr. Tager ansvar, arbejder struktureret og holder hovedet koldt i travle perioder. Er mødestabil, fleksibel og motiveret af at arbejde i 3-holdsskift. Har gode samarbejdsevner og en positiv tilgang til kolleger og udfordringer.
