Job Description

• Responsibility for market analysis, production planning and benchmarking of milling machines and pavers
• Planning product definition and designing product solutions for milling machines and pavers
• Collaborate with customers and stakeholders to gather and prioritise detailed product requirements
• Clear communication with engineering, design and marketing teams
• Provide technical support to sales, service teams and customers
• Creation of technical, sales and operator training material

• Expert knowledge of road pavers, especially milling machines and pavers
• Understanding of product and technology development trends in the roller industry
• Systematic mastery of the technical EU standard regulations
• Ability to independently carry out the overall development, improvement and validation of products
• Familiarity with design and analysis software such as PROE, ANSYS, CAD, Office, etc.
• Strong communication skills in German and English
