About the team:

Join our dynamic solution management team responsible for the market leading FIS energy and commodity solutions, E/CTRM software that facilitates seamless end-to-end commodity trading, from deal capture and contract management to risk reporting, logistics and settlement. Our solutions cater to some of the world's largest commodity and energy trading companies, ensuring efficiency, security, and profitability in their operations. In particular, they employ sophisticated and powerful risk models to help those companies accurately quantify their market and credit risk, and take informed management decisions.

As the Product/Solution Specialist for the CTRM platform (Kiodex), you'll be working with teams of dedicated professionals based around the world. The team you'll be part of is composed of top-tier professionals, innovators, and problem solvers dedicated to providing our clients with the best possible product and service experience. Your role will be crucial to maintaining our market-leading position, enhancing our solution's capabilities, and expanding its reach in this exciting, fast-paced industry.

What you will be doing:

In the role of Product Specialist for our CTRM platform, You will be a product expert for our energy and commodities products, particularly in the field of risk analytics. You will be responsible for:

• Overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to development to launch, in line with the overall solution roadmap
• Producing clear, detailed functional specifications for planned product improvements
• Providing subject matter expertise to internal teams to help them understand how the product functions in different areas including but not limited to trade pricing, trade lifecycle operations, risk calculations and reporting
• Working with clients on proposed functional developments, ensuring developments are in line with client requirements
• Working with prospective clients, helping them to understand how our solutions can help them improve their operations and business practices

What you bring:

• At least 5 years’ experience in product management, preferably in E/CTRM systems with a focus on risk
• Strong understanding of commodity and/or energy markets
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills
• Ability to communicate technical concepts to expert and non-expert audiences
• Proven ability to liaise between technical and business stakeholders
• Proven track record of managing product lifecycles and driving product enhancements
• Ability to identify creative solutions to business and technical problems

Added bonus if you have:

• Prior experience with FIS CTRM or ETRM products, in risk management
• Professional experience in the commodities sector, particularly in the agricultural sector
• Experience with cloud deployed software, AI tools to enhance productivity or to augment system capabilities
