Your Profile:
In this role, you will:

• Support Project Management activities for WP2 - 1YY and the 1VMI PoC India project.
• Manage reporting activities, including dashboard creation, KPI monitoring, and performance tracking.
• Perform data analysis and develop insights to support project decision-making.
• Support weekly project meetings through preparation, participation, and documentation of outcomes.
• Track actions, risks, and project deliverables to ensure timely closure.
• Manage project documentation and maintain repositories using GSite.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Airbus ecosystem to ensure smooth project execution.

Your Profile:

• Experience in Project Management Support, Reporting, or PMO activities.
• Strong knowledge of dashboarding and data visualization tools such as Looker Studio, Qlik Sense, and Skywise.
• Proficiency in Google Suite, especially GSheets, GSlides, and GSite.
• Comfortable with data processing, analysis, and reporting.
• Experience in KPI tracking, risk management, and action management.
• Familiarity with Airbus processes and methodologies such as LBIP is preferred.
• Knowledge of the aeronautical environment and Airbus ecosystem.
• Fluent in English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-driven, autonomous, and highly organized professional.
