At Weatherbys, we have a history to be proud of and a future full of ambition. As a member of our Executive Committee, you'll help shape the future of our Bank by leading innovation, influencing strategy and creating products and services that deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients.

This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious leader who combines deep client understanding with commercial thinking, strategic vision and a passion for innovation. You'll bring front line experience gained within private banking, wealth management or a closely related sector, alongside the ability to harness technology to enhance our products, services and client experience.

Leading a team of specialists, you'll foster a culture where new ideas are encouraged, talent is developed and people feel empowered to make a difference. You'll be comfortable operating at Board and Executive Committee level, influencing decisions, leading change and helping to shape the long term success of the business.
