Job Description

We’re looking for an organized and reliable Products Administrator to support ministry activities across Village Church locations. This role is hands-on and fast-paced, offering the opportunity to develop skills in inventory management, logistics, administration, and team coordination while supporting community-focused programs like summer camps and youth events.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily inventory operations, including receiving shipments, organizing supplies, and fulfilling orders
• Maintain accurate inventory using management software
• Support purchasing by sourcing supplies and comparing vendor costs
• Conduct regular inventory checks and resolve discrepancies
• Coordinate resources for Sunday services, events, and community programs across multiple locations
• Assist in organizing and optimizing storage spaces
• Help develop processes and documentation to improve operations
• Support and help train volunteers within the operations team

Seasonal Support

• Assist with increased activity during summer months, including camp preparation and off-site events
• Help manage higher volumes of inventory and resource distribution during peak ministry seasons

Requirements

This role is made possible by a Canadian government grant (Canada Summer Jobs) that funds organizations to employ students in the summertime. The parameters of the job (eligible age, hours and duration, etc.) are set by the grant given to us and are not flexible.

• 35 hours per week — Starting June 8, 2026 - Ending August 6, 2026
• Must be 15 and 30 years of age, a Canadian citizen and have a valid social insurance number.
• Contract Length: 8 weeks + 3 days (280 total hours)
