Job Description
Brady Corp is looking for a Software Sales Specialist at PSS, that will drive growth and expand market presence for PSS software by acting as a software specific overlay alongside our PSS hardware sales team. You will be responsible foridentifying new software sales opportunities, developing strategic sales plans and leading the software sales process from opportunity identification to close. You will leverage your expertise in software solutions and market dynamics to deliver impactful results that align with business objectives
In this role, you will impactSoftware Solutions business by increasing revenue streams, enhancing customer engagement, and positioning PSS software as a leading solution in the market. This position is an OVERLAY, and you will partner/collaborate with the PSS hardware team
This is a Remote role. Candidate MUST reside on the West Coast and will align with the location of Fort Mill, SC.
Qualifications
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for PSS software within target markets to drive revenue growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Create and execute strategic sales plans that align with overall business goals and market trends.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure successful product positioning and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market conditions and competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain competitive advantage
- Qualifications for Internal Candidates
What You Will Need To Be Successful:
- Proven experience in business development within the software industry, preferably with software solutions like PSS.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of market analysis, sales strategies, and client relationship management to drive business growth.
- Expertise in developing and executing strategic sales plans that align with corporate objectives and market demands.
- Experience in managing complex sales cycles and negotiating contracts in the software sector.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms to track performance and optimize sales efforts.
- Ability to travel a minimum of 50% throughout the West Coast
- Ability to lead and drive a solution sale presenting to C-Suite teams
