Job Description

Kraft Heinz is looking for Productivity Coordinator who has strong project-focused professional to lead value engineering initiatives across MEA, driving procurement productivity and cost-saving delivery from ideation through implementation.

This role requires a highly organized and commercially aware candidate who can manage cross-functional projects, connect stakeholders across the business, and ensure productivity initiatives are delivered on time, in full, and in line with quality and business requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Lead value engineering project plans from ideation & kick-off, through to implementation to deliver procurement productivity (saving) KPIs.
  • Managing MEA cross-functional ideation sessions for saving projects.
  • Define project scope and manage timelines, milestones, risks, to ensure on-time execution
  • Close follow-up with Procurement, R&D, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain and other relevant stakeholders to ensure timely execution for network activities.
  • Manage communication with all key project stakeholders. with ensuring having the needed updates and reporting.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, document action items, and follow up to ensure timely completion.
  • Track project progress, validate savings, and maintain project documentation and reporting.
  • Analyze cost structures with procurement team to identify optimization opportunities across categories.
  • Ensure all implemented changes comply with quality, regulatory, and business requirements.
  • Execute run-in run-out (RIRO) plans for VE projects to avoid supply chain losses.
  • Support in data visualization / automation and process enhancement.
  • Connect with global productivity team for brainstorming and project visibility.
  • Steering and consolidating overall productivity KPIs to track and report business impact across procurement price negations and value-creation projects.
