Job Description

Ezi Roll, part of the dormakaba Group, manufactures custom roller shutters and industrial doors for commercial clients. Based in Pinkenba, we’re looking for motivated and reliable Production Workers to join our team.

This is a hands-on role making industrial and commercial door solutions. You’ll assemble and prepare components, and help ensure every product meets our quality and safety standards.

What you will do

• Assemble and prepare industrial doors and shutters
• Assemble steel components for industrial shutter systems
• Read measurements and handle materials accurately
• Carry out quality checks
• Work collaboratively with the production team
• Help maintain a safe, productive, and efficient workplace

What we require

• A strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Basic numerical skills and the ability to follow production documents and specifications
• Attention to detail and a positive, can-do attitude
• The physical fitness to lift up to 25 kg
• Reliability, punctuality, and a team-focused approach

What we prefer

• Experience taking measurements and using basic math
• Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, or machine operation
• Prior welding experience regarded but not required
• Day Shift : Monday- Thursday 0600 – 1430 Friday: 0600 - 1200
• Afternoon shift: Monday to Thursday, 1:30 pm to 10:00 pm; Friday, 11:00 am to 5:00 pm
