What is the Role?

We are currently recruiting for production workers for our Kinrise Baking team at Hallam. We have permanent positions available for experienced workers in the following roles:

Positions and Specific Role Requirements

Mixer/Depositor

  • Previous experience with mixing ingredients to recipe specifications.

Line Operator

  • Able to perform key tasks in operating machinery (set up, operate, fault find and shut down).

Skills/Competencies Required

  • You work well in a team, meet production targets, and support others through buddy training.
  • You have strong communication, literacy, numeracy, and basic computer skills, plus a continuous learning mindset.
  • You are detail-oriented, effective at problem solving, and complete compliance documents accurately.

Shifts and Conditions

  • Positions are available across afternoon and nightshift.
    • Afternoon shifts available from 2:00pm-10.06pm
    • Night shifts available from 10.00pm – 6.06am
  • Shift loading and penalty rates apply
  • Overtime available as required or in peak demand periods
  • Positions are available for immediate start
