🔧 Production Welder

Windows Manufacturing | Baldwin, GA

Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM - Overtime opportunities

Build quality window frames with a company that values safety, teamwork, and craftsmanship.

What You’ll Do

• Weld and assemble vinyl and aluminum window frames
• Set up, align, and fit parts to meet production specs
• Use hand and power tools to complete quality work orders
• Follow safety standards and maintain welding equipment

What We’re Looking For

• 1+ year of manufacturing experience (welding experience a plus)
• Ability to read measurements and work with precision
• Strong attention to detail and a team‑focused mindset
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet during shifts
