Your Contribution

As a Production Engineer (VA/VE Engineer), you will play a key role in optimizing manufacturing processes and driving cost efficiency through value analysis and value engineering initiatives. This position focuses on improving production performance, supporting design changes, and ensuring compliance with quality standards to meet organizational goals.

• Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency and meet KPI targets.
• Lead and implement VA/VE activities, engineering changes, and design modifications.
• Drive cost-saving initiatives through process optimization and resource utilization.
• Develop and manage process tooling to ensure smooth production and quality standards.
• Conduct FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) and implement preventive measures.
• Plan and manage investment projects, including CAPEX, to support production improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors/customers for technical support.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and support audits (e.g., IATF/ISO).
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation and reports.
• Provide solutions for production-related issues and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in production engineering or process improvement.
• Strong knowledge of VA/VE, cost reduction, and manufacturing processes.
• Proficiency in CAD software and MS Office tools.
• Ability to analyze problems and implement effective solutions.
• Good communication in English and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with quality systems and standards (IATF/ISO).
• Willingness to work on-site at MAHLE Siam Filter Systems Co., Ltd. – Kingkaew 33, Samut Prakan.
