Job Summary**

The Production Trainee 4 at Valeo Management will participate in a structured program to develop comprehensive skills and knowledge in manufacturing processes, operational efficiency, and quality control. This role involves hands-on learning and direct application of production principles under guidance.

Job Responsibilities**

• Assist in the setup, operation, and monitoring of production machinery and equipment.
• Learn and adhere to all safety protocols, quality standards, and operational procedures.
• Participate in troubleshooting and problem-solving activities related to production issues.
• Conduct quality checks on products at various stages of the manufacturing process.
• Maintain accurate production records, logs, and documentation.
• Collaborate with experienced production staff to understand workflow optimization and lean manufacturing principles.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the production environment.
• Perform general housekeeping duties to ensure a clean and organized workspace.
• Attend training sessions and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
• Provide support to various production departments as needed.

Job Qualifications**

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or technical certification in a related field preferred.
• Demonstrated interest in manufacturing, production, or operations.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn about machinery.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) is a plus.
• Must be willing to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
