Production Test Technician
Job Responsibilities:
• Implements equipment calibration procedures to maintain accuracy and reliability of equipment used for testing to ensure compliance.
• Conducts tests and quality checks on components, parts, products, and documents according to provided instructions and specifications, with a particular emphasis on assessing system parts interaction.
• Reports any disturbances or deviations observed in the test or production process to the Manufacturing group leader for prompt resolution.
• Utilizes basic computer skills to navigate applications, access digital work instructions, and accurately sign test and work records.
• Demonstrates understanding and adherence to established personal safety, security, and environmental practices within the testing environment.
• Documents test, measurement, and certification data in accordance with predefined guidelines specific to each conducted test, ensuring meticulous record-keeping.
• Engages in the exchange of information with colleagues to facilitate effective communication and collaboration within the testing team.
• Develops and maintains positive working relationships with supervisors and coworkers, seeking feedback and making adjustments for continual improvement.
• Identifies the objectives of the team or work group and formulates strategies to attain them, particularly in scenarios involving standard products or small series production processes.
Minimum required Education:
High School Diploma, Vocational training or equivalent.
Minimum required Experience:
previous experience as a technician or integrator of at least 3 years
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.
