As a Production Technician I, also referred to internally as a Copper Bender Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process based in Egan, LA. Your primary responsibility will involve setting up, operating, and maintaining production equipment to efficiently manufacture, process, and assemble a variety of commercial products. This position requires close adherence to detailed product specifications, blueprints, diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure high-quality output that meets stringent quality standards and production metrics.
Working under the direct supervision of experienced personnel, you will monitor production runs, identify any issues or inconsistencies, and promptly report equipment malfunctions or deviations in production quality. A strong focus on safety, including safe material handling and the correct use of protective gear, is essential in this role to maintain a safe and productive working environment.

Working closely with senior team members and supervisors, you will perform routine equipment maintenance and contribute to continuous improvement efforts aimed at optimizing production efficiency and product quality.
