What you will get:
BUILD YOUR OWN SCHEDULE! Youare required towork at least 20 hours per week, with a maximum of 32hours per week. Hours can be scheduledintwo to eight hourincrements byavailable shift hours. Hours available will vary.
Part-Time Benefit Program
Starting Pay Rate: $1645/hour.

Whatyou willdo:
You will workin eithervarious assembly functional areas to safely build excavators.
As a Part Time Production Technician- FLEX, you will:
Perform routine production tasks in assembly, fabrication, paint, or other areas while upholding Caterpillar’s core values.
Follow documented procedures tosafely and accurately assemble components using basic tools and equipment
Operate machinery, blasting and painting applications, and perform basic tack and straight-line welds.
Support continuous improvement by applying lean manufacturing principles and adhering to safety, quality, and standard work protocols.
Basic Qualifications:
Work or volunteer experience
Top candidates will also have:
Basic computers skills
Experience working in a team-based environment
Experience working in manufacturing or with basic hand tools
Physical Requirements (with or without reasonable accommodation):
Willing and able to sit or stand for prolonged periods
Willing and able to perform repetitive operations
Willing and able tolift upto 35 lbs.
Additional Information:
*Must be able to adhere to the following schedule for training:
-Monday: 7AM- 11AM
-Tuesday- Thursday: 7AM-3:30 PM
-Friday: 7AM-11AM

Pay Range:
