  • This role is in the Single Use Division and will be performed at our Logan, Utah location

HowYouWillMake anImpact:

As a ProductionTechnicianI, youwillmanufacture, assemble, and packageBioprocess Containers in a cleanroom environment. You will safely carry out the production process by closely following the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instruction Documents (WID),blueprints, anddrawings as they relate to assembly, material handling, equipment operation, andfinished goodspackagingProductionTechnician I’swill work through the site TechnicianTraining Program.

Day intheLife:

  • Work in a production environmentwhere you willoperatemachinery, assembletubing and connectors,andpackageand inspect productsin accordance withblueprints and drawings.

  • Use various tools and equipment, including computers, calculators, measuring tools, assembly hand tools, Bioprocess Container machinery, and pallet jacks.

  • Follow safetystandards,Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)requirements,company operating procedures, and policies.

  • Ensure products meet quality standards by collaborating with other stations and departments to address quality errors.

  • Maintainaccuratedocumentationas the task is being performed

  • Participate inPractical Process Improvements (PPI)activities.

  • Work effectivelyto consistently meet goals as an individual andas part of a team

  • Focus on personal development throughtimelycompletion of training.

  • Adhere to schedule to meet department and site goals whilemaintainingfocus on quality of work.

  • Performadditionalduties asassigned to support business and operational needs

Education& Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Nopreviouswork experiencerequired

  • PreferredExperiencePreviouswork experience ina cGMP environment,manufacturing, operations, production,orwarehouse

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

  • Competency in using computers, Microsoft Office products, and inventory management systems.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Read and understand written materials, including words, pictures, and numbers.

  • Accurate counting, sorting, calculating, and measuring using tools like calculators andtape measures

  • Ability to understandchemical safety, including interpreting labels and SafetyDataSheets (SDS)

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

  • Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safety Standards.

  • This is a fully on-site role. This position will be working the PM shift 7:30pm - 6:00am M-Th

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment up to 12 hours a day withadditionalovertime asrequired

  • This role is basedinthe cleanroom, which is a controlled environment.Cleanrooms do not allow hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, acrylic nails, perfume/cologne, piercings,lip balm, lotion, chewing gum, etc.

  • Some degree of Personal Protective Equipment is required includingsafety-toed boots(ASTM F2413-24), high visibility gear,safety glasses,cleanroom suit, hair/beard coverings, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs, etc.

  • The cleanroom istemperaturecontrolled

  • Ability to standand walkfor full shift, reach, bend, twist, stoop, push, and grasp while performing tasks.

  • Ability to use hand tools and equipment, including forceful gripping, grasping, pushing, pulling, and repetitive motion.

  • Able to lift50 pounds withoutassistance

  • Loud noises (Equipment/Machinery).
