About the Role

As a Production Technician, you'll play a key role in safely manufacturing high-quality concrete and precast products. You'll work across various production areas, contributing to mould preparation, reinforcement assembly, concrete placement, finishing, and quality assurance activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and assemble moulds and formwork to specifications
• Read and interpret plans and drawings
• Place reinforcement cages and concrete into moulds
• Carry out concrete finishing, stripping, cleaning, and product preparation
• Operate production equipment and machinery
• Maintain high quality standards and complete quality documentation
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure a safe, clean, and organised work environment
• Support production targets while working collaboratively with the wider team

What You'll Bring

• Experience in concrete, precast, carpentry, steel fixing, manufacturing, or a similar hands-on environment
• Ability to read and interpret plans or technical drawings
• Strong commitment to health and safety
• Reliable work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to work effectively within a team
• Class 1 licence and F endorsement (or willingness to obtain)
• Gantry crane experience or ticket advantageous
• Physical capability to perform manual handling tasks and lift up to 25kg
