We're growing our Production team and are looking for motivated people who enjoy hands-on work, learning new skills and being part of a team that gets things done.

As a Production Technician, you'll help manufacture and assemble world-class mineral processing equipment right here in Australia. From assembly and finishing through to packing and dispatch, you'll play an important role in building products used by mining operations across the globe.

Experience in manufacturing is great, but it's not everything. We're also looking for people with the right attitude, reliability and willingness to learn. If you're hardworking, safety-focused and enjoy practical work, we want to hear from you.

Important

As part of our recruitment process, shortlisted candidates must be available to attend our Assessment Centre on 9th November. This will give you the opportunity to meet the team, see the workplace and take part in practical activities that reflect the role.

What you'll do

  • Manufacture, assemble and finish equipment and components to required standards
  • Use hand tools, powered tools and production equipment safely
  • Support assembly, packing and dispatch activities across the factory
  • Perform quality checks and identify defects or non-conforming products
  • Record production and stock information accurately
  • Follow drawings, work instructions and production schedules
  • Work across different production areas as trained and required
  • Contribute to a safe, organised and team-focused workplace

  • Manufacturing, assembly, warehouse or trade experience is advantageous but not essential
