协助生产经理，按照cGMP和SOP及EHS的要求和规定进行生产，解决生产中的关键技术问题，在保证安全和质量的前提下，高效率地完成生产任务。

角色与职责

• 接受生产经理的工作安排；具有良好的团队合作精神；
• 定期参加培训，熟悉cGMP和EHS要求，熟知生产工作中的专业技能和知识，并能不断提高自己；
• 在操作设备方面，培训并指导其他员工的操作。通过内部的自检和文档的审核，监督指导负责的区域均符合所有相应的法规，GMP和规则。
• 参与总部规程、外部法规差距分析和生产相关的风险评估

基本资格

• 本科以上文化程度及制药相关专业。
• 至少2年制药或相关行业的工作经验。
• 具基本的英语交流能力和office软件(Word, Excel)的应用能力。

所需特性

• 生产操作中严格遵循cGMP和SOP及EHS的各项要求，及时准确地填写批文件与记录本；
• 负责机器的尺寸更换和日常状态检查；
• 负责批文件的审阅与起草，负责起草和修改SOP，EHS及其他生产相关文件；
• 及时报告各种偏差和机器或操作的非正常情况，积极寻求解决方法。
• 积极参与技术革新项目，与工程部/验证部门/项目部门紧密合作，完成设备的周期性验证或专题验证项目；
• 配合工程部完成日常的设备维护和生产设备的维修及保养工作；
• 按批文件要求完成生产过程中的中间控制（IPC）；
• 关注OEE的数据收集，参与分析生产数据。
• 追踪生产部在内部/外部审计中发现的缺陷/偏差/更改控制确保其及时完成。
• 负责生产部门相关仪器的引入，数据审阅和完整性相关内容。
• 负责生产辅助系统，例如SAP等等的使用/维护/升级
