What you will enjoy doing*

• You will work 12-hour rotating shifts in a 24/7/365 operating environment.
• Start up and shut down equipment and processes.
• Monitor and adjust equipment and plant process operating parameters.
• Further, you will perform valve line-ups accurately and safely.
• Prepare equipment for maintenance activities, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO).
• Safely issue and manage permits for maintenance work.
• And you will exercise sound judgment to operate the facility safely, reliably, and efficiently.
• Assist with procedure development and train new employees.
• Communicate effectively with customers and suppliers as needed.
• Perform basic troubleshooting on equipment and processes.
• Recognize when issues require escalation to more experienced specialists.
• Maintain a strong commitment to safety and operational excellence.
• Demonstrate initiative, dependability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

What makes you great

• You have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
• 2+ years of production operations experience, or an Associate Degree with previous plant operations internship experience.
• Strong interest in and hands-on experience with electrical and mechanical systems.
• You have working knowledge of computers and common software applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office programs.
• Proficiency using hand tools, meters, instrument calibration equipment, and related tools.
• Working knowledge of electricity, electrical systems, and motors.
• You have ability to climb ladders and stairs, work at heights, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Associate Degree or higher preferred.
