Standard (Mon-Fri)

Environmental Conditions

Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cleanroom: no hair products, jewelry, makeup, nail polish, perfume, exposed piercings, facial hair etc... allowed, Loud Noises (Equipment/Machinery), Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), Standing for full shift, Strong Odors (chemical, lubricants, biological products etc.)

Job Purpose

To support basic production and operational activities, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and in line with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out simple, routine production tasks as instructed by supervisors or senior operators
• Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and safety guidelines
• Assist with packing, labelling, and handling of materials/products
• Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment (5S standards)
• Support machine operation under supervision (e.g. loading/unloading materials)
• Perform basic checks to ensure product quality meets required standards
• Report any issues, faults, or deviations to the Team Leader or Supervisor promptly
• Assist in meeting daily production targets and deadlines
• Comply with all health & safety, GMP (if applicable), and company policies

Skills & Experience

• Basic understanding of a production or warehouse environment (desirable, not essential)
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
• Good attention to detail
• Basic communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills

Working Conditions

• May involve standing for long periods
• May require manual handling (in line with training)
• Shift work may be required (including nights/weekends depending on operations)
