Job Description

Dycor Technologies is currently seeking a full-time permanent Production Technician to work with our growing team in Edmonton, AB

Reporting to the Senior Production Engineer, this position will be responsible for manufacturing and assembly of electronic/mechanical instruments, including control panels, printed circuit board (PCB) assembly, wire harnesses and cables.

Work Conditions:

  • Monday to Thursday, 9 hours per day (36 hour work week) – every Friday OFF!
  • Primarily indoors.

Responsibilities:

  • Manufacturing and assembly of electronic/mechanical instruments, including control panels, printed circuit board (PCB) assembly, wire harnesses and cables, mechanical assembly.
  • Reading electrical and mechanical drawings.
  • Maintaining an organized and tidy work environment.
  • adherence to workshop safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Certificate in Electronics Engineering Technology or equivalent program.
  • Minimal experience in electronic/mechanical instrument production.
  • A combination of education and experience will be considered as equivalent.
