This role is central to maintaining production throughput, minimizing downtime, and supporting the seamless execution of manufacturing workflows and responsible for the setup, operation, monitoring, and maintenance of production machinery and equipment. Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and maintain production machinery and equipment in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs to ensure optimal equipment performance.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve mechanical, electrical, or operational issues through systematic troubleshooting.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment and Lean manufacturing practices.
Requirements
Proficiency in operating and maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting production line machinery
Experience with food industry equipment is an advantage
Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and work instructions.
Strong sense of responsibility, quick reaction time, and ability to work effectively in a team
Physical endurance and ability to stand for extended periods
