• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Engage in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and productivity on the production line.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification in manufacturing is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Production Technician or in a similar manufacturing role.
• Strong understanding of production processes and machinery operation.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and instructions.
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well under pressure.
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed to meet production demands.
