As Production & Technical Manager, you will lead our Production and Maintenance teams in Seesen. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you will be responsible for safe and efficient production, reliable equipment and continuous improvement across the site.

What you'll do

• Lead, coach and develop the Production and Maintenance teams.
• Drive safety, quality, efficiency and cost performance.
• Monitor production performance and turn insights into improvement actions.
• Ensure the reliability and availability of machinery and equipment.
• Lead technical, engineering and continuous improvement projects.
• Identify opportunities to reduce costs, improve processes and optimise material usage.
• Work closely with suppliers and internal teams on technical improvements and investments.
• Contribute to production budgets, performance targets and future site development.

What you bring

• A degree in Engineering or a related technical field.
• Solid experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Proven experience in leading operational or technical teams.
• Strong knowledge of production technology, maintenance and continuous improvement.
• Experience managing technical or engineering projects.
• A practical, analytical and solution-focused mindset.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work across all levels of the organisation.
• Fluency in German and English.
