Job Description

The Production Technician will provide general support to production staff on the manufacturing floor. Duties include counting, sorting, and cleaning parts, as well as some sander/grinder operation as needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Main tasks will include counting, sorting, and cleaning parts
• Work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to change tasks according to prioritized jobs
• No prior experience or training necessary

SKILLS and ABILITIES:

• Basic computer, mathematical, reading and writing knowledge required
• Good verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to operate a palm sander, air grinder, oscillating sander, and bench grinder

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time
• Required to reach with hands and arms
• Regularly required to lift and move up to 10 pounds
