The Opportunity

Due to continued growth and internal promotions, we're looking for enthusiastic Production Team Members to join our team on a permanent full-time basis at our Malaga site

Best of all, you'll enjoy a Monday to Friday schedule (6:00am to 2:30pm), giving you your afternoons and weekends free.

What you’ll be doing

• Keep our production lines running smoothly by operating equipment and automated technology safely and efficiently.
• Help deliver quality products by monitoring production performance and carrying out quality checks.
• Identify, troubleshoot and escalate issues to minimise downtime and keep production on track.
• Support line set-ups, changeovers and material handling to ensure seamless operations.
• Build your skills across multiple areas of the site, including machine operation, cooler refurbishment and forklift driving (where licensed).
• Maintain a clean, safe and organised workplace that meets high safety and quality standards.
• Share ideas and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance safety, quality and productivity.

• Current Forklift licence is beneficial but not required.
• Basic Compute skills (Microsoft Suite)
