- As a Production Team Member at FLINN SCIENTIFIC INC, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient production of high-quality scientific products. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute to the manufacturing process by assembling, packaging, and inspecting products to meet company standards and customer expectations. You will work collaboratively with other team members to maintain a safe and productive work environment, adhering to established procedures and guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble and package scientific products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality criteria.
- Operate and maintain production equipment safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
- Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

Qualifications

Required Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.

- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred.
