The Machine Operator will ensure machinery is set up, works properly, and conforms with (and can produce materials that conform with) company quality, quantity, and efficiency standards.

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate machine according to daily production goals
• Determining whether machinery is working properly based on specifications for expectations such as fixtures, cutting speeds, or feed rates.
• Identify and remove weld splatter from equipment on a daily basis to maintain optimal production results
• Gig installation on the machines
• Completing production checklist daily
• Conducting machine inspections daily
• Maintaining a clean work environment
• Reading blueprints & manuals
• Staying up to date on production goals
• Reporting equipment issues to the production lead
• Daily use of hand tools (allen wrench, hand drills, chisels, hammers, snips, socket wrench..etc)
• Following the safety protocols

• Hand-Eye Coordination
• Must be 18 years old or older
• Must have at least 6 months of manufacturing experience
• Must be a US Citizen or Authorized to work in the US

Disclosure: This is a temp-to-perm position. All production employees for this role must be employed through Projob (staffing agency) for a minimum of 90 days.
