Job Number:

1-Team Supervision:

·Lead and coordinate a team of fabricators, welders, fitters, and helpers.

·Allocate tasks according to production plans and priorities.

·Monitor attendance, discipline, and performance.

2-Production Control:

·Ensure production targets and deadlines are met as per the schedule.

·Coordinate with planning and quality departments for smooth workflow.

·Track daily progress and report any deviations or bottlenecks.

3-Quality Assurance:

·Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

·Coordinate with QC for inspections and approvals.

·Take corrective actions on non-conformities.

4-Safety & Compliance:

·Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations.

·Ensure team members use PPE and follow safe working practices.

5-Resource Management:

·Monitor use of materials, tools, and equipment to minimize waste.

·Request materials and resources in a timely manner to avoid delays.

6-Problem Solving:

·Address issues related to manpower, equipment breakdowns, or quality concerns.

·Escalate critical problems to the Production Manager with suggested solutions.

7-Documentation:

·Maintain shift reports, production logs, and manpower records accurately.

Bachelor’s degree of Engineering
