Under the direction of the Team Leader, the Production Team Leader is responsible for overseeing all aspects of Textile and Hard Goods production. Primary duties include meeting production quotas, researching and familiarizing oneself with incoming items and brands, pricing donated goods, and training and developing staff.

High School education or equivalent is required. A minimum of three (3) years supervisory experience. Prefer previous retail and/or stock handling experience. Prefer working experience with people who have disabilities and/or previous Goodwill experience.
Level 1: Ability to add and subtract two digit numbers and to multiply and divide with 10's and 100's. Ability to perform these operations using units of American money and weight measurement, volume, and distance.
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have beginner knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to conduct research on items via the Internet.
This position has supervisory responsibilities but no subordinate supervisors.

Level 3: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups.
Level 2: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
Valid Florida Driver’s License with a clean driving record and current private auto insurance policy. Active Forklift Certification.
