Production Team Leader

Victoria, Brasov

Purolite, an Ecolab company, the world leader in resin-based separation, purification and extraction technology, is seeking a Production Team Leader at our state-of-the-art manufacturing site in Victoria, Brasov!

What You Will Do:

• Responsible for first line leadership and coaching of work unit to meet production schedules.
• Participates in product cost improvement; control quality and yields; plans production activities; supports TPM activities and promotes safe working conditions and positive employee relations.
• Follows quality control guidelines and procedures to ensure that raw materials and finished goods comply with engineering and product specifications.
• Coordinates the production process in accordance with Company's policy.
• Consistent focus to improving productivity and reducing production costs.
• Ensure compliance with Health & Safety rules at workplace throughout the duration of the activity.
• Executes production plan per budgeted standards, plant labour and overhead budget.
• Reports to Production Manager.

What you'll need:

• Degree in Chemistry.
• Experience in the production area.
• Knowledge of PC operation.
• Intermediate/advanced English language knowledge.
• Coordination and decision-making skills.
