Shifts Available and Hours: Second Shift 3PM to 11PM

Shift Premium: $1.00/hour extra for shift differential

What you will be doing

  • Lead by example in following all safety protocols and promoting a culture of safety.
  • Conduct pre-shift meeting and inspections to ensure readiness and compliance.
  • Drive performance by achieving shift KPIs and maintaining product quality standards.
  • Promote accountability for safety, housekeeping, and quality among self and team members.
  • Support the Extrusion Supervisor in mentoring, coaching, and developing team members.
  • Ensure timely delivery of products to both internal and external customers.
  • Proactively identify and resolve operational issues, seeking assistance when necessary.

What will make you successful?

Education and Experience Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in extrusion processes, equipment operation, and use of precision instruments.
  • Proven ability to respond effectively to emergency situations.
  • Strong understanding of company safety initiatives and ability to serve as the safety facilitator on the production floor.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a Team Lead or Supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
