Job Description

  • 学历与专业:本科,统计学、经济学、计算机、工业工程、生产制造,物流管理等理工科或量化相关专业优先。
  • 关键特质:愿意贴近生产制造现场,能在一线场景中学习与理解业务;学习能力强,做事踏实细致,有耐心。
  • 核心能力:具备数据分析思维与能力,能从生产/业务现场数据中发现问题、提炼结论;熟练掌握办公软件如Excel,Power Bi, Power Apps等数据分析工具者优先。
  • 有生产制造运营相关经验,了解生产制造现场流程,业务逻辑。
  • 语言能力:英语读写能力良好,能熟练阅读英文资料并进行基本沟通。

工作职责:

  • 深入生产现场,收集,整理,优化一线业务流程持续改善与生产数据,确保数据准确完整。
  • 基于现场流程,问题进行数据开展分析,输出可视化报告与业务洞察,为生产效率、质量控制等提供数据支持。
  • 协助撰写项目文档、技术文档与业务分析报告,推动数据结论落地执行。
  • 跨部门沟通与支持团队进行数据驱动的业务决策,结合现场实际提供专业分析建议与优化方案。
  • 上级主管安排的其他工作任务 和 团队其他工作支持。
