🖼️ About the Role
The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure high-quality outputs by reviewing images post-editing, rating images, and providing constructive feedback to editors. You will also provide general operational support to both the editing and customer service teams.

We’re looking for someone who loves editing, understands what high-quality work looks like, and is eager to use their expertise to drive continuous improvement.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• Qualification and/or work experience in Graphic Design, Photography, or a related field
• Strong technical knowledge of editing software, including Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom
• Practical experience in real estate photo editing
• Excellent eye for detail and quality
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently, think critically, and problem-solve
• Confidence to provide feedback, share ideas, and take initiative
• Self-motivated with a proactive, go-getter attitude
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal), as you will be working with an international team

💻 Work Setup & Requirements

• Home-based role – must have your own computer and a stable, high-speed internet connection
• Dedicated and suitable working environment
• Availability to work 8 hours per day, 5 days per week
