Job Description

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide after-sales service support for Advantest’s advanced automated test and handling equipment such as installation, acceptance, upgrading, etc.
2. Provide solutions and improvement in Production Yield and support Test operations in achieving optimized equipment utilizations
3. Identify Assist/Lead technical projects/problem resolutions for customers.
4. Identify opportunities for solution business in collaboration with Service Sales team.
5. Ensure deliverables in service contracts are met.
6. Provide technical inputs to factory for product improvements/new designs.
7. Provide consultancy services to customers for equipment performance improvements.
8. Assist/Lead equipment integration to customer’s factory automation systems.
9. Provide Engineering and Technical support such as debugging test programs and test hardware

Qualifications

Job Specifications (Qualifications & Experiences):

1. Minimum Degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering with 4 to 6 years of working experience in semiconductor manufacturing industry.
2. Experienced in handling semiconductor ATE equipment such as Tester & Handler.
3. Knowledgeable in C++, script programming and 93000 software/debugging tools will be an added advantage.
4. Possess Data driven problem solving skill and a quality mindset.
5. Understand OEE (overall equipment effectiveness) and drive improvements
6. Knowledge in smart factory and production solutioning
7. Some experience in project management preferred.
8. Strong problem solver with good technical capabilities, good communication skill, self-motivated, customer focus and result oriented.
9. Occasional travel required, sometimes on short notice.
