Position Summary:
The Production Support Analyst specialized in managing critical insurance data pipelines; overseeing daily Guidewire, WINS, and PDE interface processing to ensure seamless policy synchronization and risk clearance. Proven track record in managing vendor file transmissions and executing accurate Month-End Closing activities.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Daily processing of Guidewire and PDE interface to WINS.(policies and risk clearance).
- Daily processing of various files for GNY users and vendors.
- Daily processing of WINS data files for GW ingestion.
- Assist in Month end closing activities.
- Participates in special projects and performs additional duties as required.
Education and

Experience:
- High school diploma with two years of business experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
- Previous Insurance experience preferred.
- AS400 Experience preferred.

QualificationsSkills:
- Ability to review and identify issues with daily processes.

Other Requirements:
- Ability to come into the NJ office 2-3 days a week.
The salary range for this role is $42,700-$72,600. The listed annual salary range posted for this position is subject to change and may vary depending on performance, education, experience, skills, geographic location, travel requirements, demonstrated proficiency in the competencies required for the role and business needs.  Base pay is just one component of GNY’s total compensation package for employees. Other rewards include eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus based on performance.
