Job Opportunity: Production Support Associate at Kao Collins – Cincinnati, OH

Your Role:
As a Production Support Associate, you’ll play a key role in the creation of high-quality finished products. You’ll help prepare and package materials, ensuring all work aligns with customer specifications and meets Kao Collins’ standards of excellence. Your attention to detail and commitment to precision will help maintain our reputation as an industry leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Read and interpret batch tickets to ensure all tasks are completed per customer specifications
• Prepare cartridges and containers for filling
• Measure, weigh, and fill products accurately
• Label and package finished goods
• Complete documentation and ensure accuracy in record-keeping
• Maintain inventory and assist in inventory control activities
• Adhere to The Kao Way standards for quality and safety

What We’re Looking For:

• A strong work ethic, positive attitude, and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills
• Prior experience in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) environment is preferred
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift 25-50 lbs regularly
• Strong vision abilities (close, distance, color, peripheral, depth perception)
• Clean, organized, and reliable

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly sit, stand, walk, talk, and hear
• Frequently lift 25-50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus
