Syngenta's Supply Chain Management team is seeking a Production & Supply Development Program Associate in Greensboro, NC. The Production & Supply Development Program (PSDP) is a rotation-based experience over two and a half years. Associates complete business-critical assignments, develop cross-functional capability, and prepare for future opportunities within Syngenta. Rotations are shaped by business needs, development goals, and the requirements of the role.

As part of Syngenta's Emerging Talent Program, you will gain hands-on experience, exposure to day-to-day business operations, and opportunities to apply your academic knowledge to real-world challenges while developing your professional skills.

Qualifications

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree within Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business Management, Agricultural Business, Agronomy, Biology or a field closely related to these listed.
  • Graduation between May and August 2027 with a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
  • Applied relevant experience, such as an internship, co-op, research role or laboratory.
  • Ability and willingness to complete rotations at the U.S. locations (St. Gabriel, LA; Omaha, NE; Greensboro, NC; Woodland, CA; Boise, ID) as required by the program.
  • Valid driver’s license by the position start date and ability to travel between work locations as required.
  • Ability to access and move through the work environments associated with or without reasonable accommodation.
  • Ability to work in the US without sponsorship now or in the future.

Additional Information

Salary for this position ranges between $70,000-$75,000 Annually.
