What You’ll Do:

• Lead & Support the Team
  
  - Supervise production employees, ensuring they receive proper training, guidance, and motivation. Foster a positive, team-oriented work environment.

• Champion Safety & Compliance
  
  - Enforce safety policies, conduct training, and ensure PPE use. Respond promptly to incidents and promote a culture of safety.

• Drive Quality Assurance
  
  - Oversee production to ensure products meet or exceed expectations. Manage non-conforming products and maintain accurate quality records.

• Boost Production Efficiency
  
  - Monitor goals, address inefficiencies, and align with scheduling teams to meet output expectations.

• Maintain Workplace Organization
  
  - Keep the production floor clean and “customer visit ready” through daily audits and organization.

• Collaborate & Solve Problems
  
  - Partner with maintenance, engineering, and other teams to resolve issues and implement improvements.

• Manage Policies & People
  
  - Uphold company policies, manage schedules, approve time records, and handle performance feedback and corrective actions.

• Champion Continuous Improvement
  
  - Identify and implement process improvements, cost reductions, and efficiency gains.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of leadership experience in a manufacturing environment, or an Associate’s/Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality control
• Proven ability to lead teams, provide coaching, and foster a positive, productive work environment
• Familiarity with safety regulations and best practices in a production setting
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make quick, effective decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency with basic computer systems for documentation and reporting
