Lead and support production teams in afast‑pacedmanufacturing environment
Ensure safety, quality, and production goals are met each shift
Assign staffing,monitorequipment readiness, and maintain documentation
Coach, train, and develop team members
Enforce procedures, quality standards, and regulatory requirements

Compensation Range: $65,000.00 - $101,000.00 USD Annual
